Alternative Dispute Resolution

Jon acts as a mediator and arbitrator to help resolve business claims between parties in litigation. His approach as a mediator in business cases tends to be more evaluative, taking the time necessary to understand each parties’ substantive legal and factual positions. In many cases, his mediation process includes a series of calls before the actual day of mediation, providing each side with an opportunity to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the case so that they are fully prepared to negotiate.
