Real Estate Litigation

We represent property owners in disputes with other interested parties and municipalities.  Common issues include disputes regarding purchase agreements, land use/zoning disputes, and commercial landlord/tenant litigation.  In many of these cases, there are ongoing relationships that may be preserved despite the existence of conflict.  In other cases, important legal issues must be resolved through litigation, often by a judicial ruling regarding the parties’ rights.  In every case, our goal is to navigate through the complex legal processes necessary to obtain the best, most efficient result possible.
